Rail Force to join Xpedys Group on 1 July 2011

As from 1 July 2011 Rail Force will become part of the Xpedys group as a separate division Xpedys Industrial & Consumer Goods next to the divisions Xpedys Bulk and Xpedys Metals. This shift of activities results in a more distinct profile and concentration of the commercial activities of NMBS Logistics towards the customer: IFB can focus exclusively on intermodal logistics solutions, whereas all commercial services for conventional transport are centralised within Xpedys.

As a result the brand name Rail Force will disappear on 1 July; as from then the mandate of Rail Force to represent SNCB Logistics will be officially passed on to Xpedys. The whole team and all your contact persons remain the same and continue to be located in the Antwerp office.
